It’s That Time of Year Again
Another semester over in your high school career! Way to Go!! As you begin to start new classes, meet new teachers, and get back in the groove of academics, don’t forget to log into eProfiles (http://eprofiles.coenet.us) and update your profile. It only takes a few minutes to let colleges know what has been going on the last few months. A few key areas to update are:
- Cumulative Grade Point Average (an average calculated by your high school of all your terms/semesters)
- Test Scores – have you taken the PSAT/SAT/ACT and received your scores? Add them!
- Achievements/Awards – For example: Did you make honor roll, have perfect attendance, letter in Volleyball or be named 1st chair? Don’t forget to add or update!
- Groups/Activities – Joined the basketball team? Decided to become active in Student Government? Colleges need to know.
As colleges and universities start their recruiting and outreach to students, it is important that all your information is accurate and you have completed an ePAQ. If you have not completed an ePAQ, log into the system and click My ePAQs section on the left hand tool bar.
For those of you who have created an ePAQ, but have not submitted it for approval, click on “Submit for Approval” in the My ePAQs section. Once you are approved, you can start sending your ePAQs directly to colleges YOU are interested in! It’s never too early to start the communication process. The first time a college sees your name should not be on an application! Open the door of opportunities early!
