SPRING CLEANING

Well, depending upon where you live, Spring is just around the corner!! Thinking about Spring makes us think of Spring cleaning. What a great opportunity to look at your students’ accounts in a bit more detail and find out who may not be enrolled in your program anymore, who may have multiple accounts/usernames or perhaps staff/counselors have set up multiple accounts themselves that you want to delete. eProfiles makes it very easy for you to see this information in one list, through the eProfiles site. Go to http://www.CollegeBoundeProfiles.com and log in.  Then, click on “View/Approve Students” from the left hand side of the page.

This will bring you to the page where you can search out students using filters such as their high school, last name or else a master list of all your students. Choose “All” from the “Page Size” drop down menu and then, click on “Show Students.” The site will then find all of your students you service and bring them up for you in one list. Go through this list and make note of those students who may have created multiple accounts and any other accounts you would like to be deleted. Then, send us this list. Please include the student’s name (first & last), email address of the account you want to be deleted and also the username that goes with that account. We’ll take care of it from there for you...all cleaned up!
