Cecil is a great student and role model in our Upward Bound Group. He is a rising senior at Magna Vista High School. He is involved in drumline as well as being the Junior Class President. Despite all of his other extra-curricular activities Cecil never misses a meeting or an Upward Bound event and participates actively in all Upward Bound events. Cecil is a part of the elite 600 club for his World History SOL (Standard of Learning) at Magna Vista. Cecil ended his junior year with a 4.0 GPA. Cecil is an exemplary student in our program. We are proud of him and his accomplishments and look to see him succeed in his senior year and as he goes into college.
